No. 521.--The following firm has been granted a licence to trade under the Non- Ferrous Metal Industry Ordinance, 1919, Ordinance No. 1 of 1919:——

In continuation of Government Notification No. 508 dated the 8th October, 1920.

It is hereby notified that it is the intention of His Excelleney the Governor to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of all graves in that portion of Section A in Sai Yu Shek Cemetery which is shown edged red on a plan deposited in the Office of the Sanitary Department in this Colony. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a publie work namely the proper laying out of such area for the purpose of burial therein of

Chinese dead.
