NOTICE. CHBANG FUNG KONG alias
CHEANG YIK SHEUNG, formerly of No: 12, Stanley Street, Victoria, Hongkong, Trader, but at present residing at No. 20, Hing Loong Street, at Victoria aforesaid, having been ad- judged Bankrupt: ader a Petition for adjudication filed by So CHING KAI of Victoria aforesaid, in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the 7th day of November, 1885, and having duly surrendered himself to ALFRED GASCOYNE WISE, Esquire, Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court, the First Meeting of Creditors of the said Bankrupt will be held by the Acting Registrar, on Tuesday, the 8th day of June, 1886, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at his Chambers, Supreme Court.
At such Meeting of Creditors, the Acting Re- gistrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and those Creditors who shall have proved their Debts respectively or the majority in value of such Creditors will then be directed to choose an Assignee or Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects to be called the Creditors' Assignee or Assignees.
All Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or having in their possession property belonging to him are to pay and hand over the same to the Official Assignee.
