EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 416.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct, under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the following names be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 158 of the 19th March, 1920:-

No. 417. The telephone number of the Royal Observatory is K90. Shipmasters may obtain the latest information available concerning storms on application at any time. Owing to the delay to which telegrams are now subject, noon is the best time at which to make such enquiries.
