Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordi- nance, 1887, Ordinance No. 8 of 1887, this 13th day of July, 1920.

The Conditions of a Hawker's licence prescribed by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordinance, 1887, and as published on pages 346 to 356 of the Regulations of Hongkong, 1914, are hereby amended by the deletion on page 353 of the said Regulations of the paragraph referring to the boundaries of Tai Kok Tsui Market contained in Condition No. 8 and the substitution therefor of the following:

TAI KOK TSUI MARKET.

Eastern Boundary, Western Boundary, Northern Boundary,

Southern Bouniary,

Oak Street. The Hills.

Bedford Road.

Anchor Street and its continuation to meet Oak

Street.

The following Streets, Lanes, and places are included :—

Shu Tak Street,

Kremer Street,

Ship Street,

Pine Street,

(between Bedford Road and Anchor Street).

Oak Street,

Bedford Road, (between the Hills and Oak Street).

Anchor Street,

Joss Street,

Ivy Street,

Junk Street.

• Order made by the Governor in Council under section 14 of the Wild Birds and Game Preservation Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 18 of 1914, on the 22nd day of July, 1920.

Schedule C to the Wild Birds and Game Preservation Ordinance, 1914, is hereby amended by the insertion of the following additional Condition after Condition No. 6:

"6a. No wild birds or game shall be shot or taken in that part of the New Territories situate at or near Fan Ling which is bounded by a line drawn from the cross roads near Tai Tau Leng Village to the Chinese Urn Cemetery and continued up the hills to the seven hundred foot level thence following this level to the end of the ridge and down to the Village of Lin Tong Mi thence to Tong Kung Ling and thence to Kam Tsin Village and thence along the motor road to the said cross roads."
