No. 436.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint DAVID WILLIAM TRATMAN to act as Police Magistrate in the islands of the New Territories during the absence on vacation leave of PHILIP PEVERIL JOHN WODEHOUSE, or until further notice, with effect from the 2nd instant.

No. 439.-It is hereby notified that Mr. Kwong Tai Po of No. 15, Wan Street, New Kowloon in the Colony of Hongkong, Trader, carrying on business under the style of Nu SHING CHEUNG CHI KI, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of his Mark No. 65 of 1907, as applied to Buttons of all kinds other than of precious metal or imitations thereof, in Class 50 (8); and that the same has been duly registered.
