It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Løt No. 2499 (superstructure only) in Survey District IV is constituted as follows:-

Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN, Justice of the Peace, Chairman, nominated by His

Excellency the Governor.

Mr. ERIC WILLAM HAMILTON, nominated by His Excellency the Governor. Mr. ERNEST Manning Hazeland, nominated by the owner,

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 13th day of July, 1920, at 10.45 o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of the Assistant District Officer, Southern District, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.
