EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 325.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 10th day of June, 1920.

1. Government Notification No. 57 of the 29th day of January, 1920, published in the Gazette of the 30th day of January, 1920, is hereby repealed.

2. No person shall, without the permission of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export or attempt to export from the Colony of Hongkong silver subsidiary coins, unless he is a bona fide traveller leaving the Colony in which case he shall be entitled to take with him out of the Colony Hongkong silver subsidiary coins of the total face value of not more than thirty dollars.

No. 326. His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Mr. EDWARD VICTOR DAVID PARR to be an Unofficial Member of the Legis- lative Council during the absence on leave of the Honourable Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL.

No. 327.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section. 3 of the Dentistry Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 16 of 1914, Dr. MEHDY EDWARD ASGER and Dr. STUART SÉGUIN STRAHAN to be Members of the Dental Board, vice Dr. EDWARD EVAN JONES and Dr. GEORGE ERNEST AUBREY resigned, with effect from this date.

No. 328.--His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. THOMAS DALLIN to act as Auditor during the absence on leave of Mr. HuGH RICHARD PHELIPS OF until further notice, with effect from the 8th June, 1920.
