It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lot No. 1161 R.P. in Survey District IV is constituted as follows:-

Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN, Justice of the Peace, Chairman, nominated by His

Excellency the Governor.

Mr. ERIC WILLIAM HAMILTON, nominated by His Excellency the Governor. Mr. CHAN KWAI-KIU, nominated by the owners.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 11th day of May, 1920, at 4.30 o'clock in the afternoon, at the office of the Assistant District Officer, Southern District, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.
