77. The licensee of a public vehicle shall maintain his vehicle in a proper condition as to protection against sun and rain, cleanliness, and repairs, to the satisfaction of the Captain Superintendent of Police.
78. The licensee of a public vehicle shall cause such vehicle to be taken for inspection at such time and to such place as may be appointed by the Captain Superin- tendent of Police, and such vehicle shall not be removed from the place of inspection without the authorisation of the Captain Superintendent of Police.
79. Except with the permission in writing of the Captain Superintendent of Police, and subject to such conditions as he may see fit to impose, a licensee of a public vehicle shall not transfer his licence.
80. The licensee of a public vehicle which may have been used for the convey- ance of a person suffering from an infectious disease shall disinfect such vehicle to the satisfaction of the Captain Superintendent of Police.
81. The fares prescribed for public vehicles are as follows :-
