An Ordinance to amend the Non-Ferrous Metal
Industry Ordinance, 1919.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:---
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Non-Ferrous Short title. Metal Industry Amendment Ordinance, 1920.

2. Paragraph (d) of the definition of the term cor- Amendment poration under prohibited control" in the First Schedule of Ordinance
No. 1 of to the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry Ordinance, 1919,
1919, First is deleted and the following paragraph is substituted Schedule. therefor :--
(d) Where the executive is a corporation under prohibited control, or where the majority of the executive are appointed by a corporation under prohibited control.
