Minutes of the proceedings of the SANITARY BOARD, at an Emergency Meeting held on Saturday, the 17th of November, 1888:-

Read the notice convening the Meeting.
House-Drainage Bye-Laws.-Read a letter from the Colonial Secretary on the subject of the Board's 1988. Bye-Laws which had been forwarded to His Excellency the Governor with a view to their approval in Legislative
Council.
After deliberation, certain alterations were agreed to; and it was resolved, on the motion of the President, that the Bye-Laws as now amended be transmitted for the approval of the Governor in Council.
The Board then adjourned.
Read and confirmed this 29th day of November, 1888.
