A Special Sessions of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace will be held at the Justices' Room, at the Magistracy, at eleven o'clock in the forenoou of Wednesday, the 28th day of November, A.D. 1888, for the purpose of considering an application from one CHARLES MICHAEL ROBERTS, for a licence to sell and retail intoxicating liquors in house No. 17, Queen's Road Central, under the sign of the Hongkong Hotel.
