The rainfall for the month of December at the Botanical Gardens was 2.03 ins. 6 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 108 on 5 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, it was 0-77 on 5 days. The total falls for the year at the same stations were respectively 89-76ins. on 161 days, 85-52ins. on 147 days, and 95.92ins. on 150 days. The total rainfall at the Observatory was 76'14 on 142 days.
