The Council met pursuant to notice.
The Minutes of the last Meeting, held on the 4th instant, were read and confirmed. VOTES PASSED BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE. The Colonial Secretary, by direction of His Excellency the Governor, laid upon the table the Report of the proceedings of the Finance Committee (No. 21), held on the 4th instant, and moved that the following items referred to therein be passed:-
