NOTICE is hereby given that an EXTRA-

ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of this Company was held at its Registered Office, No. 36, Queen's Road Central, on Friday, the 12th day of July, 1889, when the following Resolution was passed,-

"That the Company be wound-up volun- "tarily under the provisions of the Company's Ordinance, 1865, and "that JOHN DAVID HUMPHREYS, of Victoria, Hongkong, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the pur- poses of such winding-up, and the "sum of Three Hundred Dollars is "hereby fixed as the remuneration to be paid to the said JOHN DAVID "HUMPHREYS for his services as such "Liquidator."

The said Resolution was duly confirmed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held at the same place, on Saturday, the 27th day of July, I$89.

NOTICK is hereby given that the Creditors

of the above named Company are re- quired, on or before the 31st day of December next, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their Debts or Claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by Notice in writing from the said Liquidator are by their Solicitors to come in and prove their said Debts or Claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such Debts are proved.
