G. WILLIAM DES VŒUX.
The Governor recommends the Council to vote the sum of Three thousand and Four $400 hundred Dollars, for repairing damage caused to roads outside the City of Victoria by the
rainstorm of the 29th April last.
Government House, Hongkong, 9th May, 1889.
The Colonial Secretary moved that this Vote be referred to the Finance Committee.
The Acting Colonial Treasurer seconded.
