His Excellency the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, has been pleased to grant to JAMES ORANGE, Esquire, Assistant Engineer in the Public Works Department, eight months' leave of absence on half salary, in addition to four months' vacation leave.
Consequent on Mr. ORANGE's departure, His Excellency has been pleased to appoint FRANCIS ALFRED COOPER, Esquire, to be Acting Assistant Engineer in the Public Works Department.
