as a Trader, under the name of "MAN SHING"

majority in value of such Creditors, will then

be directed to choose an Assignee or Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects to be called the Creditors' Assignee or Assignces. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or having in their possession property belong- ing to him, are to pay and hand over the same to the said Official Assignee.
