OTICE is hereby given that TAM Hox SON of No. 118 Wing Lok Street Vie- toria in the Colony of Hongkong carrying on business at No. 4 Sz Mi Lane outside the Taiping Gate Cantou in the Empire of China under the style of Ng Shing Cheong Chiu Kee Button Manufacturer has on the 28th day of March 1907 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

The representation of a bird sitting upon a plum tree the roots of which are shown embedded in the ground, in the name of the said TAM HON SON who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant since the year 1905 in respect of the following goods :--

(1.) In Class 14 in respect of buttons made of precious metals or imitations thereof.

(2.) In Class 30 (8) in respect of buttons of all kinds other than of precious metals or imitations thereof.

A facsimile of the said Trade Mark em be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong.
