Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Com- pany duly convened and held at No. 9, Queen's Road Central Victoria, Hongkong, on the 21st day of June, 1890, the subjoined special reso- lution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Mem- bers of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on Monday, the 7th day of July, 1894, the said resolution was duly confirmed.
RESOLUTION. —
