OTICE is hereby given that His Honour the Acting Chief Justice has, in virtue of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, made an Order limiting to the 20th day of May, 1890, as the time for Creditors to send in their Claims against the Estate of WILLIAM HOM- FRAY FULLER DARBY. late of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, who died on the 11th day of December, 1889, at Hongkong aforesaid and Probate of whose Will was grant- ed by the Supreme Court of Hongkong in its Probate Jurisdiction on the 23rd day of De- cember. 1889, to BENDYSHE LAYTON, one of the Executors named in the Will of the said WILLIAM HOMFRAY FULLER DARBY, De- ceased. And Notice is also given that all such Claims are to be sent in in writing to the un- dersigned prior to the said 20th day of May, 1890. or notice will not be taken of them.
