An Assignment of all the Debtor's property estate and effects of whatsoever kind and nature of him the Debtor except such portion thereof as shall not exceed the sum of One hundred Dollars in value for the benefit of all the Creditors of the Debtor in the like manner as if the property so conveyed and assigned had become vested in the Trustee as the Assignee of the Debtor under his the Debtor's Bankruptcy pur- suant to "The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1864," which Deed contains a covenant by the Debtor to pay to the Trustee the sum of Forty Dollars monthly until the whole amount of his indebtedness is paid and also a release to the Debtor from all the Debtor's liabilities.
