No. 341.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Beaconsfield, at 2.30 p.m., on Wednesday, the 29th day of May, 1907.
The Lot is sold for the term of 75 years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notifica- tion No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Conditions hereunder specified.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall not have or be entitled to any right of access to the sea, or any right of access to any water which may be near to the said Lot or on which the same abuts, or to any compensation whatever in the event of any reclamation being made between any part of the said Lot and such sea or water and a special proviso to this effect shall be inserted in the Crown Lease of the Lot.
2. The Purchaser if other than the applicant Iu Oi Kuk shall within three days of the day of sale pay to the Colonial Treasurer in addition to the Premium the sum of $25 for the superstructure at present standing upon the Lot.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.
KONDO-MISAKI LIGHTHOUSE, KARAFUTO, FOG SIREN ESTABLISHED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the fog siren at Kondo-misaki lighthouse (Cape Notoro) will be put in operation on and after 1st May. It will give one blast of 5 seconds' duration after an interval of 1 minute 40 seconds during thick or foggy weather. If the siren be disabled the fog bell 10 strokes per minute will be sounded as before.
