GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.—No. 388,

Tenders will be received at this Office until Noon of Monday, the 17th October, for the con- struction of about four thousand lineal yards of Pipe Sewers and other works in connection with the sewerage of the City of Victoria, Dietrict 1 W.

Work will not be permitted under this contract on Sundays.

For form of tender apply at this Office.

For specification and further particulars apply at the Public Works Department Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
