NOTICE is hereby given that the Honor-

able the Chief Justice having in virtue

of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, Section 3, made an Order limiting to the 31st day of August 1892 the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate,

All Creditors are hereby required to send in their claims to JULIUS KRAMER of Victoria aforesaid, Dauish Consul, the Administrator (with the will annexed) or to the undersigned before the said date and all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to make immediate payment.
