City of London, Civil Engineer. having duly sent his Petition Specification and declaration to the Colonial Seeretary's Office, intends to apply to His Excellency the Governor under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1892 for Letters Patent for an improved setting for Lancashire Steam Boilers and for an improved Steam Generator.
