NOTICE OF MEETING.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extra-

ordinary General Meeting of Association will be held at the Office of the Association, at No. 22 The Bund, Shanghai, on Saturday, the 19th day of March, 1892, at 11.30 o'clock A.M., when the resolutions, for the purpose of altering Articles 69, 74, 75, 76, 79, 81, 84, 86, 91, 101, 112, 113, 114 and 115 of the Articles of Association: And for the purpose of making a return of part of the paid up Capital of the Association: And for the pur- pose of providing for the manner in which the said return of Capital shall be made, which were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association held on the 22nd day of February, 1892, will be submitted for confirmation as special resolutions.

The Transfer Books of the Association will be closed on the 18th and 19th March, 1892.

Members holding proxy forms for absent Shareholders must deposit the same with the Secretary for registration at least forty-eight hours before the meeting.
