1892, has been made in the Matter of KwONG YUT SANG and WANG HUNG YIP, of 96, Praya Central, Victoria, Hongkong, Cotton Yarn Merchants, carrying on Business, under the Firm name of HIP LOONG, upon a Creditor's Petition dated the 6th day of January, 1892.

And Notice is hereby further given that Monday, the 15th day of February, 1892, at 12 o'clock, at Noon precisely, has been fixed for the First Meeting of Creditors to be held at the Land Office, Queen's Road Central. No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his Debt.

Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Office of the "Official Receiver," during office hours.

At the First Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt or whether they. the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of arrangement.
