A sum not exceeding Two Millious Three hundred and Forty-seven thousand, Four hundred and Eighty-one Dollars shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service of the year 1894, and the said sum so charged may be expended as hereinafter specified, that is to say:→→
