之人每次增價至少以五十圓爲額 六凡欲投-

該兩杯利權之人欲知章程詳細可前赴工務司署定必安 五投得之人每月應納餉銀若干按每月初一日赴庫務署上期完納

倘股價相同互相爭論卽於價內擇一爲底當衆再投 十二月

之十二份一保其遵章安辦至所覓保人須由 國家核准方可署保 據俟督憲批准或飭覓業主二名署立保單其銀數按承-

一年餉銀 四凡價高投得之人自槌落後當遵照章程親筆簽名合同之内作爲實 二所投價值擇至高者群請 督憲察核至或棄或取仍候 督憲主裁 一投得之人自一千八百九十四年正月初一日起承-

至是年十二月 十二日禮拜五日三點鐘齊集本署明投等因奉此合出示曉諭爲 權並英屬九龍石山利權兩欸凡欲承-
