SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser of this Lot shall not erect any Building, form any Road, or carry on any work whatever on this Lot without first obtaining the approval of the Director of Public Works.
2. No buildings will be permitted on the Lot that the Military Authorities deem prejudicial to Defence requirements, and all or any buildings or other works that are permitted to be erected shall be subject to demolition without compensation should the exigencies of warfare require it.
