此特示 官地一段以九百九十九年爲管業之期等因奉此合亟出示曉諭篇 督憲札開定於西厢本年正月三十日郎禮拜一日下午四點鐘開投
至等費
該地一段其形勢開列於左
十圓底 六寸共計二千八百八十方尺每年地稅三十六圓投價以七百二 地四至北邊一百三十七尺南邊六十三尺五十七尺東邊四十五尺 此號係錄內地段第一千三百一十七號坐落花園道火車路頭該
開投章程列左
限三日內須將全價在庫務司署呈 三投得該地之人自槌落之後卽遵例簽名於合同之下由投得之日起
備工務司飭匠用石塊刻好註明册錄號數安立該地每角以指明四 四投得該地之人由投得之日起限三日内須在田土廳繳銀十五圓以
爭論則在各投價内擇一價爲底再投 一投地之價由限底银數加上以價高者得個二三人或多人同價互相
二各人出價投地每次繪價至少以二十五圓爲額
