此特示 官地一段以九百九十九年爲管業之期等因奉此合亟出示曉諭爲 督憲札開定於西歷本年正月三十日禮拜一日下午四點鐘開

該地一段其形勢開列於左

十圓爲底 六寸共計二千八百八十方尺每年地稅三十六圓股價以七百二 地四至北邊一百三十七尺南邊六十三尺五十七尺東邊四十五尺 此號係肼錄內地段第一千三百一十七號坐落花園道火車路頭該

開投章程列左

至等費 備工務司筯匠用石塊刻好註明册錄號數安立該地每角以指明四 四投得該地之人由投得之日起限三日內須在田土廳繳銀十五圆以

限三日內須將全價在庫務司署呈繳 三投得該地之人自槌落之後卽遵例簽名於合同之下由投得之日起

爭論則在各股價内擇一價爲底再投 一楼地之價由限底銀數加上以價高者得倘二三人或多人同價互相

二各人出價投地每次增價至少以二十五圓爲額
