No. 296. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint EDWARD DUDLEY CORSCADEN WOLFE to be a Member and to act as Secretary of the Governing Body of Queen's College during the absence on leave of EDWARD ALEXANDER IRVING, Inspector of Schools.

No. 297.-With reference to Government Notification No. 835 of the 4th October, 1906, the KING'S Warrant for the appointment of FRANCIS JOSEPH BADELEY to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council while holding the office of Captain Superinten dent of Police has received His Majesty's Signature.

No. 298.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint CYRIL FRANCIS WOGAN BOWEN-ROWLANDS to act as First Clerk at the Police Magistrate's Office, with effect from the 25th instant.

No. 299.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint under the provisions of Section 3 of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1890, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1890), LING HAI to be a Public Vaccinator within the Colony.
