In the Matter of the Petition of EUGENE HERMITE, CHARLES FRIEND COOPER. and EDWARD JAMES PATERSON, all of Pownall Road, Dalston, in the County of London, England, for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong, of an Invention for " Improve. ments in Disinfecting and Appa- ratus for that purpose."
NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Specification and Declaration required herein by Ordinance No. 2 of 1892, have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secre- tary of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the said EUGENE HERMITE, CHARLES FRIEND COOPER, and EDWARD JAMES PA- TERSON by Messrs. JOHNSON, STOKES & MAS- TER, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Solicitors, their duly authorised Agents, to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council hereinafter mentioned for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above named invention.
And Notice is hereby also given that a sitting of the Executive Council before whom the matter of the Petition will come for deci- sion will be held in the Council Chamber, at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 10th day of September, 1894, at 11 of the clock in the forenoon,

the same, "and accordingly that the Company "be wound up voluntarily."
And at the same Meeting BRUCE SHE- PHERD, Esq., was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
