Memorial Tomb.-A letter from the Honourable Colonial Secretary concerning an application for permission to erect a Memorial Tomb in Shaukiwan Cemetery--which had been circulated to Members, and the minutes on the circulating cover read--was laid on the table.

The Secretary was instructed to ask for further information upon the subject.

Small-pox.--Notifications of ten cases of small-pox were laid on the table. Adjournment.-The Board then adjourned till Thursday, the 10th day of May, 1894.

Read and confirmed this 10th day of May, 1894.
