His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the following Regulation under Section 10 of the Post Office Ordinance of 1887, with effect from the First of March, 1894, and to cancel the regulation published in the Government Gazette under Notification No. 437 of 24th December, 1881, in so far as it is inconsistent with the regulation now published.
