OTICE is hereby given that the Fifth Ordinary General Meeting of Share- holders will be held at the Company's Offices, Victoria Buildings, on Monday, the 29th January, 1894, at Noon, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Board of Directors, together with a Statement of Accounts for the twelve months ending 31st December, 1893.
The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Monday the 22nd to Monday the 29th January, 1894, (both days inclusive), during which period no Transfer of Shares can be registered.
