7. No Permittee will be allowed to store stone on Crown Land outside the boundaries of the Quarry or Quarries without permission from the Director of Public Works first having been obtained.

8. No Permittee will be allowed to remove any cut stone from a Quarry or Quarries after 31st December, 1920, unless he becomes the successful Lessee or Permittee for the right to quarry stone from the Quarry or Quarries for a further period.

9. Should any Permittee fail to comply with these conditions or any of them the sum deposited by him shall be forfeited to the Government and the tender or tenders made by him shall thereupon be deemed to be cancelled, and he shall be liable to make good any loss or damage which the Government may incur through his failure to comply with such conditions.

10. No rates will be charged on any of these Quarries.

“OTICE is hereby given that LEUNG SHEU SENG (4) of Wing On Street, in the ShaPing Market, Hok Shan District, in the Province of Kwong Tang and the Republic of China and of No. 237, Queen's Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, has on the 15th day of December, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of LEUNG SHEU SENG, who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the said LEUNG SHEU SENG in respect of Chinese Tobacco, in Class 45 since 1915.

The applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the ground work in the above represented Trade Mark.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the office of the undersigned.
