in the name of the said SHANGHAI COTTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods respectively, in the following Classes respectively :-

Trade Marks Nos. 1. 2, 3, 4 and 5 in respect of Corton piece goods of all kinds in Class 21

and the said Trade Marks Nos. 1. 2, 3 and 4 also in respect of Cotton Yarn in flass 23.

The said Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2 are to be associated with each other.
