NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition,

Specification and Declaration required by the above Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the said DEUTSCHE METALLPATRONENFABRIK, by HENRY LARDNER DENNYS, their duly authorised Agent and Attorney, to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council herein- after mentioned for Letters Patent for the Exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above named Invention.

And Notice is also hereby given that a sit- ting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of the sail Petition will come for decision, will be held in the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hong- kong, on Thursday, the 4th July, 1895, at

9.30 A.M.
