NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Declaration and Office Copies of the British Letters Patent and complete Specifica- tion required by the above-mentioned Ordi- nances have been duly filed in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the above-named THE TAI KOO SUGAR REFINING COMPANY, LIMITED, by Messrs. JOHNSON, STOKES & MASTER their Solicitors, to apply to His Excellency the Gover- nor in Council of Hongkong for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hong- kong of the said invention. And notice is hereby also given that a sifting of the Executive Council before whom the matter of the Petition will come for decision will be held at the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 9.30 o'clock in the fore-
