OTICE is hereby given that the trustees of the Hongkong Public Library intend at an early date to apply to the Honourable the Legislative Council of Hongkong for an Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of a body to take over and maintain the Hongkong Public Library, and for other purposes in connection therewith.

Queen's Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, the Official Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator are by their Solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Chambers of the Acting Chief Justice, Mr. Justice GooDMAN, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hong- kong aforesaid, at such time as shall be speci- fied in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any dis- tribution made before such debts are proved.
