Application for registration of Trade Marks."

NOTICE is hereby given that The SHANGHAI COTTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LIMITED, of Shanghai, in

the Republic of China, have on the 23rd day of October, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of the said SHANGHAI COTTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LAMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods respectively, in the

following Classes respectively

Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds in Class 24

and the said Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 also in respect of Cotton Yarn in Class 23.

The said Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2 are to be associated with each other.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the offices of the undersigned.
