Application for Registration of

a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that PEERLESS RUBBER MANUFACTURING Co., a corpora- tian organized under the laws of the state of New York, one of the United States of America having a place of business and Post Office, address at No. 1790 Broadway, in the City of New York, state of New York, United States of America, Manufacturers, have on the 16th day of August, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

RAINBOW

in the name of PEERLESS RUBBER MANUFACTUR-

ING Co., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Rubber Sheet Packing and Rubber Belting, since January 1, 1891, in Class 40.

The Trade Marks have respectively been in respect of rubber, leather, and fabric boots used by the Applicants as follows, viz.:-No. 1 and shoes, since July 14th, 1916; and No. 2, in respect of Rubber Clothing since July 13th, 1916; both, in Class 38.
