NOTICE is hereby given the Nelson Street, Liverpool; and 85, Clerkenwell Road, London, E.C., England; Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 28th day of July, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:--
KENILWORTH
in the name of COPE BROS. & Co., LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants and its predecessors in business in res- pect of Manufactured Tobacco, since 1869, in Class 45.

the business hitherto Ca. The Lonby & Co., at Hongkong, Canton and London, Merchants, ceased on the 1st April, 1919.
The said business as from that date has been acquired by J. A. RUSSELL & Co., Kuala Lumpur, F.M.S., who have assumed all respon- sibility for the liabilities of the firm as existing on that date and properly contracted during the period from that date to the present date.
