No. 258.--The following Particulars and Conditions of the letting by tender of certain Granite Quarries in Kowloon and the New Territories are published.

Sealed tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday the 29th April, 1907.

Tenders must be in a form which will be supplied by the Director of Public Works upon deposit of a sum of $50, which sum shall be refunded on receipt of a bonâ fide tender.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
