Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that M. Y. SAN & Co. Ltd., of Nos. 42 to 98, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the

Colony of Hongkong, Biscuit and Confectionery Manufacturers, have on the 2nd day of June, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of M. Y. SAN & Co., LTD., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Marks have been used by the applicants in respect of biscuits and confectionery, in Class 42, since June, 1918, and are to be associated with Mark No. 98 of 1914, and with each other.

Facsimiles of the Trade Marks may be seen at office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the offices of the undersigned.
