His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 6 of Ordinance 30 of 1890, been pleased to appoint Dr. FRANCIS WILLIAM CLARK, of the Civil Service, to be a Director of the Widows" and Orphans' Pension Fund, rice Mr. ARTHUR KENNEDY TRAVERS resigned.
