REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 530, notice is hereby given that on or about the 22nd July, 1919, the Kiutoan Light-vessel will be replaced on her station and will retain her characteristics as given in the current issue of the "List of Lights, Buoys, and Beacons.” The relieving Light-vessel Tienching will simultaneously be

withdrawn.
